As of late, I’ve really been really into planning recently. My newest project is what I’d like to do for Valentine’s day. My mom’s Birthday is coming up this week as well so we’ll definitely gather at whatever restaurant she likes, for her day!
In my attempt to eat more so clean-ish. I’m thinking it might be more sensible to dine in on Valentines. Both for romantic and health-wise purposes. Personally Im not a fan of going out on Valentine’s Day we found it to busy and sometimes much too chaotic for my liking. (Even at reservation only establishments.) I love my date nights, I just don’t always enjoy myself as much when it’s crowded. (Normally makes me anxious to leave.)
With that being said, I will be sharing my ideas, gifts, and recipes that I’ll be gathering for Valentine’s!
Lets talk Chocolate!
I recently went out for girls brunch this past Sunday. After brunch we stopped by our favorite cupcake shop was unexpectedly closed for maintenance, which turned out to be quite fortunate actually. We visited and sweets shop just across the street. Inside we decided to pickup some goodies! I thought they would make excellent gifts. Both for my Mom’s birthday and for Valentines. In the photo above the white box is an assortment of truffles, the rest is chocolate bars and 1 gigantic peanut butter cup.
I wanted add a options for of us who don’t care for heart-shaped boxes of chocolate. These also companies who take quality ingredients very seriously you can feel good giving these sweet to your special person!
As to not give you a complete sugar rush, I’ll be posting more information on some of these goodies through out the week and leading upto Valentines Day!
